I've spent over 15 years supporting people through career transitions. Initially, I founded two award-winning organisations supporting people leaving prison to find their 'spark' or sense of purpose - which usually meant a complete change in sector! Later, I set up my own coaching practice for start-up and exiting entrepreneurs, and mid-career leaders changing their professional direction. I've immersed myself in the multi-disciplinary study of transitions: drawing lessons from behavioural science, psychology, philosophy, fiction, art, poetry, mythology and nature.
